To whom do we disclose your personal data?

For our site to work properly we need the support of external providers. To provide their services, these providers will have access to personal data to the extent necessary. We can divide them into two groups:

  • Service providers who independently determine the purposes and means of processing personal data (controllers): advertising network operators, law firms, auditors, advisers, postal operators, courier companies, telecommunications operators, payment operators, including deferred-payment operators.

In addition, we disclose personal data where such an obligation arises from applicable law, in particular at the request of the prosecutor's office, the police and other state authorities.

As a rule, we do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If, however, we do transfer data to an entity established in a country outside the EEA, we exercise due care to ensure that the transfer is lawful and that appropriate safeguards are in place. This includes in particular the use of the so-called standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. To obtain a copy of the standard contractual clauses, please contact us.

  • withdraw your consent to the use of personal data at any time; withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of use based on consent before it was withdrawn
