The lindohome.pl shop is a wholesaler and sells exclusively to businesses for the purposes of their business activity. We do not sell to consumers, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal, and goods without defects can be returned only with our consent (§ 11 of the Terms and Conditions). Complaints about defects are handled under the warranty rules between businesses (§ 10 of the Terms).
You build a pallet from any packs: it can be 20 different designs, one box each; you do not have to take a whole pallet of a single product. The basket checks only full packs (inner box or box) and totals the discount on the value of the whole order. Step by step: How to order at lindohome.
The shop is intended for wholesale purchases only. Access to the offer is limited to registered users who have been verified as running a business. A VAT number (NIP) is required.
Product prices (net) are visible on the site. Placing orders requires logging in to a verified business account.
Discounts are applied automatically when products are added to the basket, according to the thresholds below:
• Order from PLN 2,000 net ➔ 20% discount
• Order from PLN 4,000 net ➔ 25% discount
• Order from PLN 8,000 net ➔ 30% discount
• Order from PLN 20,000 net ➔ 35% discount
• Order from PLN 50,000 net ➔ 40% discount (for larger deliveries, please contact us for an individual offer)
To register, please fill in the form at lindohome.pl/en_US/reg
We fulfil orders in full packs: in inner boxes (inner packaging) or boxes (master cartons). The basket automatically enforces ordering in multiples of the inner box. Please take this into account when putting your order together.
Orders are processed after we check product availability in the warehouse. Once this is done, we send a pro forma invoice to your e-mail address to confirm the order details.
The minimum order value is PLN 500 net. Orders below PLN 2,000 net are charged at base prices, and discounts apply from the thresholds listed above.
Free shipping from PLN 3,000 net. Below this amount, the transport cost (parcel, courier or pallet, depending on the order) is stated on the pro forma invoice at the actual cost of the shipment. For larger orders and regular customers, delivery terms can be agreed individually.
